As of this date, we are still under a state of emergency in Alberta, therefore we must keep the office closed and contact limited as much as possible. With spring returning and more desirable weather upon us Randy and the outdoor staff will be returning and we ask tenants to respect the 6’ safe distance, this is especially important as equipment is going to be present in the common areas once again. Unfortunately, we have been told to close down the playground due to the possible contamination that can occur, once the state of emergency is lifted, we will be cleaning and opening it back up to residents. The mailroom is getting cleaned once a day, everyday with a disinfectant on the mailboxes, door knobs and book shelf. This is only one measure; we do ask that you wash your hands once you get back in your vehicle or wear some sort of ‘ppe’ if available.
The quicker we stop the spread, the quicker we can get back to our normal operations. We apologize for any inconvenience that our new policies have caused. If you are feeling sick please do not hesitate to call the health link hotline by dialing 811.
